All That Scraps 6th Anniversary Blog Hop

I wanted to use the adorable Balloon Peep and combine it, I thought the super cute Fairwee Piper and Mia from the April release would work well with him! I coloured them with Copics, added a banner I made with the CC Cutter Frilly Banner Die and punched two borders with my Fiskars punch. The DPs are Doodlebug, Echo Park and Bella Blvd for the Happy Birthday stripe.
