I have made a simple scene using Make It Crafty Egyptian Pyramids and Tiddly Inks Egyptian Cutie (Queen) and I coloured it all in pencil - Neocolor II with a bit of watercolouring for the background (I like the rich colours you can get with these) and Polychromos for the adorable Queen:)...

I absolutely love big gorgeous backgrounds like that one, they are such a joy to colour, but I thought I would also make another card with only a couple accessories from Make It Crafty to show how they can complement characters very well too:) A beautiful chair, two vases, a gorgeous character and you have a little scene...

I assume when you say simple you refer to the fact that it's two stamps. The colouring is amazing and I am sure far from simple!
