Hi everyone! I am still thinking Christmas and have made another card with a stamp and a technique I have never used before, stitching on a card! I love cross stitch (though I do not have time for that since my spare time is devoted to cardmaking), so I thought it would be nice to combine 2 things I like. But the stitching part took me a long time... I also wanted to make a card that looked "retro" and like a black and white photograph. I think it fits 4 challenges:
ABC Christmas (of course!!) - G is for Glitz with the optional extra silver (I've put a lot of silver, and the picture was very difficult to take tonight...)
Crafty Catz - Challenge #25 - White and one other colour
Quixotic Challenge #18 - Monochromatic
The Creative Cottage - Challenge 3 - Sparkle
Close up...
Stamp: Stampavie - Rachelle Anne Miller - Snowman
Copics: C1, C3, C5, C7, Copic Spica Glitter pens (silver, clear)
DP: Craftwork Cards
Inks: ColorBox (whisper grey for the background, silver for the edges)
Tools: Ink blending tool, Suzy Corners stencil (Suzy 014), metallic thread (silver)
Ribbons and crystals from my stash
Well, that's all for tonight! Thanks for visiting!
Hugs,
Delphine xx
