For today's card I was in a watercolournig mood and decided to use a gorgeous stamp by Crissy Armstrong - I have always had a soft spot for the beautiful innocence of the children she draws! Here is Liberty's Friend...

I really enjoyed creating a scene for her and added a Branch by Make It Crafty to fill the space a little at the top. The whole background was done using my Sennelier watercolours and I only used a bit of Distress Markers on the little girl to add a bit of details:)

Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas!!! I'm back with the card I made for Copic Marker Europe, a very CAS Christmas card using an image by Crissy Armstrong I fell in love at first sight with, a very long time ago. The colouring is totally inspired by and based on the watercoloured image she did which impressed me so much, more than I can say...

So, as I was saying, the image is a Whimsy Stamps digi by Crissy Armstrong called Touched By Love. I coloured it all with Copics and really could not add anything else to it, I think this image is gorgeous by itself and does not require a sentiment. The image is available as a digi HERE, or as a gorgeous topper coloured by Crissy HERE.

A Creative Romance #2

Sweet Ruby for Copic Marker Europe

Hello everyone! Today I am sharing a "Just because" card I made for Copic Marker Europe, with an image I just love, the adorable Whimsy Stamps Ruby by Sylvia Zet.

Bonjour à tous! Aujourd'hui je vous montre la carte que j'ai faite pour Copic Marker Europe avec une  image qui me fait craquer - Ruby tampon de Whimsy Stamps par Sylvia Zet. 

I stamped Ruby with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured my image. Then I added a CC Designs Butterfly that I cut out and put on a 3D foam square. For the banner, I used my CC Designs Scrolling Banners dies, stamped a Make It Crafty sentiment from the Just Wanted To Say sentiments set and coloured my banner with Copics.

J'ai tamponné Ruby à l'encre Memento Tuxedo Black et colorié mon image. Puis j'ai ajouté un papillon CC Designs Butterfly que j'ai découpé et mis sur mousse. Pour la bannière, j'ai utilisé mes découpes CC Designs Scrolling Banners et tamponné un sentiment Make It Crafty du set Just Wanted To Say sentiments.

Sunshine at Quixotic Paperie :)

Hello everyone! Delphine here to bring you a little bit of sunshine (I hope!) with my Quixotic Paperie post for which I have decided to use an adorable Cottage Cutie by Elisabeth Bell...

Her name is Chloe and I coloured her in pencil. I have kept the layout very simple as always, glittered DPs from my stash, a Make It Crafty Corner from the Filigree chipboard sets and a bit of handstitching.

Holly in blue for Quixotic Paperie

Hello all! It's Sunday and I'm very happy to be here, even more than usual after a week of sickness and tummy bugs for one of my sons, my husband and me... So, really, I'm VERY happy to be able to have a card to post today LOL! It is a little Christmas card using one of the adorable Sylvia Zet stamps by Whimsy Stamps available from Quixotic Paperie...

This super cute image is called Holly. I stamped her on Make It Colour Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured her with Copics. To match my DPs, I added two Make It Crafty Six Point Snowflakes Chipboard that I layered. I painted the largest snowflake in white acrylic paint and the other one with a blue Copic, then I used Stickles on both and a gem for a bit of sparkle. I love these snowflakes!
