Colouring: Ecoline Pens on Canson Mix Media and Copics on Make it Colour Blending Card

I did the background using Distress Inks and a bit of water, plus Ecoline markers to colour the planet :) I coloured my little monster in Copics on Make it Colour Blending Card, did some fussy cutting and added to my base.

Inks: Kraftin' Kimmie Wicked Black Ink

Colouring: Zig Clean Colour Real Brush and Ecoline Pens on Canson Montval
Other: Gel pens, Lawn Fawn Die

I used the background stamp combined to one of the manatees from the set and coloured my scene using Zig Clean Colour Real Brush and Ecoline Pens. I added a few touches of gel pens and embossed one of the sentiments from the set using white embossing powder.

I stamped the Enduring Love sentiment from the set and doodled around it using Ecoline Markers. I die cut my scene with an MFT die and then added details in gel pens plus a few more stars.

April Krafty Peeks... DAY THREE

 Hello everyone! Welcome to Day THREE of our April Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! Today we are sharing a very special set, that can be used to show support to someone who has been going through difficult times. It's a beautiful scripture sentiment set by Artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen and it's called ENDURING LOVE!

We are pleased to say that a portion of the sales from this stamp set will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

When I saw these gorgeous sentiments, Bible Journaling and Doodling jumped to my mind, so here is my make for today:

Colouring: Watercolour Zig and Ecoline Pens, Pigma Micron, Staedler, Pentel on Arches Hot Pressed

I simply stamped my sentiment on Arches Paper and built my image around it. I drew a candle in Pigma Micron, taking inspiration from Joanne Fink's work which I love. I then watercoloured everything using wtc pens and added details in gel pens.

Paperbabe Stamps Blog Challenge Reminder

Hello everyone! A post today to remind you there is still time to join our SPRING Challenge at Paperbabe Stamps! You have 3 days left to enter HERE! 

For my spring make, I used my Whimsical Woodland sets to create a sweet spring scene:

Stamps: Paperbabe Stamps Whimsical Woodland Set 4 (bird) and Set 3 (hedgehog and bunny)

Colouring: Zig and Ecoline markers on Wtc Tile, gel pens and Stabilo, acrylic ink

I used a Watercolour Tile to test it and stamped the bunny and hedgehog from my Whimsical Woodland Set 3 and a bird from the Whimsical Woodland Set 4. I then created a background in watercolour using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and Ecoline Markers - tricky with this paper since the paper needs to be wet before adding marker or the lines won't go... and the paper does not take much water. I then added details in Stabilo 68, Pigma Micron and Gel Pens.

A Doodled Tiddly Inks

Hello everyone! I'm sharing a sweet Tiddly Inks make today - a bit special to me since it involves A LOT of doodling! The image called Wryn Waits inspired me to create a special background for her:

Colouring: Mixed Media on Canson Montval

The whole background and image were watercoloured using Zig Clean Color Real Brush and Ecoline Brush Markers. I then used my Polychromos to do the hair. I doodled using Pigma Microns in different sizes and coloured and added details in Sakura gel pens, Stabilo and Staedler pens.

Using Alice Portrait and Head and Torso templates, I drew my Alice on Canson Fontenay watercolour paper. I stamped her face using my Female Face Stamps Set (Mini) in Versafine Onyx Black and Memento Deluxe Ink. I watercoloured everything using different brands of watercolour markers (Zig, Winsor & Newton, Ecoline). I decided to add a few details in gold to match the brown and blue so I picked my Paperbabe Stamps Polka Dots Stencil and a Sakura gel pen to make gold dots. Then I added tiny dots and did some heart doodling ;)
