ATS - Colouring Pumpkins/ Die Cuts with Copics

Hello everyone! Today I would like to share a little tutorial I made for my DT Make It Monday post at All That Scraps. With all the new Halloween stamps and dies, I thought I could share how I color the pumpkins I make with my CC Cutters Pumpkins Die. Here is what you need:

Copics: Y15, 19, YR04, 07, 09

Bonjour à tous! Un petit tutoriel aujourd'hui pour All That Scraps, sur la manière dont je colorie les découpes citrouilles avec mes Copics. Matériel:

CC Cutters Pumpkins Die
Copics: Y15, 19, YR04, 07, 09

*************************************

1. Give your pumpkin a yellow base colouring it all with Y15, then add lines with YR09 where you want your darkest areas to be and to give depth to your pumpkin.
1. Je colorie toute la surface avec mon marqueur Y15, puis je commence à donner forme à ma citrouille avec mon YR09, là où seront les zones les plus sombres.

2. Use YR06 to cover the lines you have just made and widen the orange area.
2. Avec mon YR06, j'élargis la zone orange que je viens de colorier.

*************************************

3. Now use YR04 to continue expanding the orange area.
3. Même chose maintenant avec le YR04, je continue à élargir la zone orange.

*************************************

4. Now add Y19 and blend.
4. Je recouvre toute la citrouille avec mon Y19.

5. Start colouring again with YR09 where you want your darkest areas to be, then YR06, YR04 and Y19. And here is what you get:

I have decided to try something new, that is colouring with my new never used Distress Markers and also added a bit of Tombows, with which I coloured a few images 2 or 3 years ago very awkwardly. And I used my sewing machine for the second time... and I have to say that at the moment, stitching by hand would be so much faster than using a machine LOL!!!

J'ai voulu essayer quelque chose de nouveau, mes marqueurs aquarellables Distress tout neufs, jamais utilisés encore, et un peu de feutres Tombows avec lesquels j'avais colorié maladroitement quelques images il y a 2 ou 3 ans. Machine à coudre utilisée pour la 2e fois et je dois avouer que pour l'instant je mets beaucoup plus de temps pour coudre à la machine qu'à la main... C'est dire:-)!

Make It Crafty Colouring Tutorial Blog Hop

Zoe's excited to be releasing another colouring tutorial and it is on a topic that everyone always seems to want to improve... Colouring Hair!!  And in particular this e-book is, 'Colouring long hair in fine detail!'

When Zoe was trying to decide on an image that would be perfect for this tutorial she just knew she had to contact the gorgeous Krista Smith from Saturated Canary. And... Excitingly Krista has illustrated and generously donated the perfect character exploding with big luscious hair full of layers and bumps! Just perfect for you to learn all of Zoe's little secrets to colouring finely detailed hair.

We thought it would be fun to have a little hop (and a few give aways of course) where the fabulous MiC girls and Krista have followed Zoe's tips and tricks to colouring long straight hair. 

Here is how I have coloured this gorgeous image, following each step of Zoe's tutorial... 

As often, I have kept my card extremely simple, I did try to make it less CAS, but decided I liked it like that, it is not that I am lazy! I printed my image on Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured it with Copics, and I absolutely loved colouring it! that was my best colouring moment EVER, pure pleasure! Thank you so much Zoe, for this fantastic tutorial! It is extremely clear and detailed, with A LOT of pictures, and I coloured my image following each one of them. I know you will love it too!

For A Special Someone - Copic Marker Europe

Hello all! Today I am sharing my DT card for Copic Marker Europe, a card putting the focus on what I like the most - colouring - and so it is a very simple one again... well you know me by now:-)!  Here it is...

Bonjour à tous! Je vous montre aujourd'hui la carte que j'ai faite pour Copic Marker Europe, une carte qui met l'accent sur ce que j'aime le plus, la colorisation et l'image, une carte simple encore... bref, vous me connaissez maintenant:-)! 

The adorable image is one of Di's Digi Designs called For A Special Someone, coloured with my Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card. I punched a border with my Martha Stewart punch, added a wooden button by Prima, a bit of twine, a piece of ribbon and pearls from my stash.  Here is a close up on my image and list of Copics used:

Girls Secret Swing - MIC DT

Hello all! Today I'm showing you Make It Crafty DT card, featuring one of the adorable new images which I just love! Last time I coloured one of the same series I used my Copics, but I also love the look of those images in pencil, so this one is coloured in Polychromos...

Bonjour à tous! Je vous montre aujourd'hui la carte que j'ai faite pour Make It Crafty, avec une des toutes dernières images disponibles que j'adore! La dernière fois, j'ai colorié au Copic une image de cette série, mais j'aime aussi beaucoup le rendu au crayon, donc Polychromos aujourd'hui...

This image is Girls Secret Swing -  I love the look on their faces! I have kept my card simple, only added a punched border and a ribbon, 3 pearls instead of a sentiment, and my favourite Make It Crafty Chipboard, an Ornate Corner. Simples:-)!

L'image s'appelle Girls Secret Swing - j'adore l'expression de leurs visages! Une carte toute simple, une bordure perforée, un ruban, 3 perles à la place du sentiment et mon chipboard préféré, un coin Ornate Corner. Simple:-)!
