MiC CAS Challenge Inspiration

Hello everyone! I'm back to share my card for our current CAS Challenge at Make it Crafty - Shades of Black and White! If you have never tried Black and White, now is the time to try - all you need is just a few pens or pencils and you will see your image come out beautiful! Here is my inspiration card using one of my beloved MiC Manga images :)

I printed the beautiful Lou Gives digi image on Make It Colour Blending Card and die cut her with an MFT die to have a shape that would match one of the gorgeous MiC chipboard frames from my stash. I coloured Lou in Copics and then coloured my Heart Frame with a black Copic and covered it with my Wink Of Stella pen. I stamped a CC Designs sentiment from the Adoring You Sentiment Set on my card base and placed my frame and image on foam squares to have a bit of dimension. I also die cut a heart and put it in Lou's hands :)

Tilda's Town challenge... coming to an end

Happy Halloween :)!

Hello everyone! I'm back to share a Halloween card I made for Copic Marker Europe! I don't celebrate Halloween but I love making Halloween cards! I went traditional, a little witch in Halloween colours since I like them so much!

This cute little witch is from the Kraftin' Kimmie stamp set called My Best Friends Are Witches. I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black on Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured her with my Copics starting with the background. Once my image was coloured, I added a bit of Distress Inks around the edges and stamped a sentiment from the CC Designs Spooked Out Set. I then stamped stitches all around my image using a stamp from my stash.

Make it Crafty Millie

Hello everyone! I'm here to share a little CAS Birthday card using a cutie from the Make it Crafty Celebrate Release called Millie!

I printed my Gift From Millie digi on Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured her in Copics, starting with the pale pink background (sorry, photo does not show it at all). I then added a few stars from the MiC Lets Celebrate Elements Chipboard Set and coloured them using acrylic paint in matching colours. I then added some sparkle on them with a clear Wink of Stella Pen. The sentiment I stamped is from the CC Designs HB2U Sentiment Set.

Tiddly Inks - Have Heart

Hello everyone! It's Tuesday, which means the start of a new challenge at Tiddly Inks and this time our theme is "Have Heart"! I chose to do something very mini, an ATC on card since it had been a long time and used 3 of my Tiddly Inks sets for this tiny make:)

I stamped Faythe and the Butterfly in Versafine Onyx Black and creating my background watercolouring first with my Tombows. I then added details with my Acrylic Paint Markers, then coloured Faythe using my Tombows and Polychromos pencils. I added a bit of white highlights with a Posca Pen and that was it :) I really enjoyed myself making that one, the joys of playing and colouring ;)...

Paperbabe Stamps August Release

Hello everyone! It's time for the Paperbabe Stamps DT to share the August new release and today we are using a super fun set called Pixel Fun, full of retro computer inspired gaming images - all the games we used to love to play ;)!

Being a Tetris lover, I couldn't help make a card inspired by that game...

I did a bit of masking to put my stamps together, stamping the dog first, then masking it, then I stamped my Wryn. I painted the background using acrylic markers and coloured my stamps using Luminance pencils - I just wanted to test the combination of acrylic and pencils and I quite like this one :)

When Paperbabe Stamps meets Make It Crafty ;)

Hello everyone! I'm back to share a 100% Copic scene I made for Copic Marker Europe. For that scene, I combined a Make It Crafty background with a digi by Paperbabe Stamps.

This cutie is called Mayleedee Little Red Hood and I added the Tree on Hill digi by Make It Crafty to have a pretty background for her. I cropped both images using Word, printed my scene and coloured it starting with the sky, then the tree, the hill and finished with my character. If you would like to see a tutorial for the colouring of the tree, Zoe has done a fantastic one which you can see HERE!

I decided to avoid colouring my Mayleedee using reds, just for a change since I always want to colour Little Red Riding Hood in those obvious colours, so I went for a pale pink (RVs) shaded with BVs. I also gave her blond hair which I don't do that often, I usually go for brown or black.
