Without Words new challenge!

Hello everyone! Today is the first Monday of August, which means it's the start of a new challenge at Without Words! As always, we would like you to make a CAS card with an image coloured by your hand and this time the challenge is to "use a previous challenge" - so lots of possibilities! J'ai choisi d'utiliser un set de tampons Some Odd Girl aujourd'hui - ces sets sont parfaits et se suffisent à eux-mêmes pour faire une carte  personnage, sentiments et accessoires!

I have used the Steampunk Kaylee set by Some Odd Girl. I stamped Kaylee on Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured with my Copics. For the background, I used Distress Inks (Tea Dye, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Black Soot) and stamped the clockworks using black, brown inks and gold embossing powder. I added the sentiment and put Kaylee on foam squares.

J'ai utilisé le set Steampunk Kaylee de Some Odd Girl. J'ai tamponné Kaylee sur papier Make It Colour et ai colorié mon image au Copic. J'ai fait le fond avec des encres Distress (Tea Dye, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Black Soot) et j'ai tamponné les rouages avec des encres noire, marron et utilisé de la poudre à embosser couleur or. J'ai ajouté le sentiment puis collé Kaylee sur mousse 3D.

New challenges at Make It Colourful and A Creative Romance!

Hello everyone! Today is the start of 2 new challenges - Summer Fun at A Creative Romance, sponsored by The Ribbon Girl, kindly offering a £10 Gift Voucher to their store, and Atmospheric Perspective at Make It Colourful, a challenging theme but totally worth a try to push the limits of your colouring a bit further! It's not as scary as it sounds! I have merged four Make It Crafty images to create my scene - Daddy & Lucy Butterfly, Country Walk, Tree Mound and Shrubs - and changed the opacity of all the background ones to help give the idea of fading objects in the distance. I started colouring the foreground and then used lighter colours for the background.

So let's share some inspiration today, summery inspiration, with some of the stamps available in the store! I love mermaids, and the new The Greeting Farm Magical Beans Kit including one, I had to use it - combining her with my favourite Make It Crafty background for mermaids ;) Here is today's little scene...

Je vous montre une scène avec une sirène craquante du kit The Greeting Farm Magical Beans Kit, combinée à mon tampon de fond Make It Crafty préféré pour les scènes sous l'eau...

I stamped my Greeting Farm mermaid onto Make It Colour Blending Card, coloured her in Copics and cut her out. On another piece of Make It Colour Blending Card, I stamped Sandy Seafloor by Make It Crafty, masked it and airbrushed the sea. I then coloured the seafloor, added a sentiment from the Tiddly Inks Floating By Set, as well as two fishes, and put my little mermaid on foam squares. Here is a close up and some of the colours I used...

J'ai tamponné ma sirène Greeting Farm sur papier Make It Colour Blending Card, je l'ai coloriée au Copic puis découpée. Sur un autre morceau de papier Make It Colour Blending Card, j'ai tamponné le fond marin Make It Crafty Sandy Seafloor, je l'ai masqué et j'ai fait l'eau à l'airbrush. J'ai ensuite colorié le reste de la scène, j'ai ajouté un sentiment du set Tiddly Inks Floating By Set, ainsi que 2 poissons, puis j'ai placé ma petite sirène sur mousse 3D.

SCACD This & That Rubber Stamp Blog Hop!!!

Hello everyone! Welcome to another fun showcase of newly released rubber stamps and yes, a few new digis from SCACD! You should have come from the talented Alaine's blog and if you get lost during the Hop, you can always find your way at the store blog HERE!

Copic Marker Europe DT: Thinking of you...

Hello everyone! I'm back with a 100% Copic Make It Crafty scene I made for Copic Europe! I have used an adorable girl from the latest release and a little background...

This cutie is Jacinta Sitting Thinking and I have merged her with Park Bench For Two, and simply coloured my scene with Copics. I tried to add pleats to Jacinta's trousers, inspired by an image coloured by Zoe. and if you want to know everything about creases and folds, I suggest reading her latest ebook - simply fantastic! To finish off the card, I added a Make It Crafty sentiment from the Just Wanted To Say Sentiment Set.

Magical Garden at Quixotic Paperie

Hello everyone! I am back with my post for Quixotic Paperie and today is about a garden with a bit of magic in it, some Copics and acrylic paint!

Bonjour à tous! Je partage la carte que j'ai faite pour Quixotic Paperie, un jardin avec un peu de magie, des Copic et de la peinture acrylique!

This cutie is from the new The Greeting Farm Magical Beans Kit. I LOVE this kit!! All the Beans are so cute, and there are TEN of them! I stamped this one in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Make It Colour Blending Card, coloured her in Copics and cut her out. The background was made using acrylic paint on watercolour paper. The flowers are from the Tiddly Inks Harmony At Home Set, I stamped them on a piece of watercolour paper, coloured them in acrylics too and glued them to my background. The branches were made with a stencil. And for a nice finishing touch, I added 2 Make It Crafty Mini Dragonflies and a Mini Butterfly chipboard too. 

Mon personnage vient du set Magical Beans Kit de The Greeting Farm, que j'adore, avec DIX personnages plus craquants les uns que les autres! J'ai tamponné ma petite fée sur papier Make It Colour Blending Card, je l'ai coloriée au Copic puis découpée. Le fond est fait avec des peintures acryliques sur papier aquarelle. Les fleurs viennent du set Tiddly Inks Harmony At Home. Je les ai tamponnées sur papier aquarelle, peintes à l'acrylique puis collées sur mon fond. J'ai fait les branches avec un pochoir et j'ai ajouté deux libellules Make It Crafty Mini Dragonflies et un petit papillon Mini Butterfly, tous peints à l'acrylique.

EXCLUSIVE MiC Stamp at Quixotic Paperie!

Hello everyone! Have you seen all the latest arrivals at  Quixotic Paperie? And the new Make It Crafty rubber stamp that you can only get there? Well here it is!!! 

Bonjour à tous! Avez-vous vu tous les derniers arrivages chez Quixotic Paperie? Et le tampon exclusif Make It Crafty que vous ne pouvez vous procurer ailleurs? Et bien le voici! 

Meet Make It Crafty Fiery Dragon! Isn't he cute? I stamped him on watercolour paper and painted the background in watercolours. I then coloured my dragon in Copics and added a sentiment from the Tiddly Inks set called Wild Thang. The paw prints I stamped on my card blank are from this same set, I love all the accessories in those sets !

Voilà Fiery Dragon! Je l'ai tamponné sur papier aquarelle et j'ai fait le fond à l'aquarelle. Pour mon dragon, j'ai utilisé mes Copic. J'ai ensuite ajouté un sentiment du set Tiddly Inks Wild Thang. Les empreintes que j'ai ajoutées sur le fond de carte viennent de ce même set.

Tulips, hearts and airbrush for Copic Europe!

Hello everyone! I'm back with a card I made for Copic Europe, with tulips, hearts and a simple airbrushed background. One of the reasons I LOVE my airbrush is, if you are like me and colour images first, it is perfect to make your own papers and have an exact colour match with your image. Here is my card...

Bonjour à tous! La carte du jour... des tulipes, des coeurs et un fond à l'aérographe pour Copic Europe! Une des raisons pour lesquelles j'adore mon airbrush, c'est que vous pouvez facilement créer vos propres papiers et les assortir parfaitement à votre image... très pratique si vous êtes comme moi et coloriez votre image en premier, sans choisir de papier ;)!  

I used the adorable Ualani by Little Miss Muffet Stamps and coloured her with my Copics on Make It Colour Blending Card. I die cut her with an oval die by My Favorite Things, then used my airbrush to add a bit of colour around my image. If you are careful, there is no need to mask your image to do so. For the background, I used a heart stencil by Kesi' Art and picked 4 Copic markers I used to colour my image. I then added a little wooden heart coloured with a red Copic.

J'ai utilisé la petite Ualani disponible chez Little Miss Muffet Stamps et je l'ai coloriée au Copic sur papier Make It Colour Blending Card. L'ovale est une découpe My Favorite Things.

J'ai fait le fond avec un pochoir Kesi'Art, mon airbrush et 4 Copic déjà utilisés pour l'image. Ensuite, j'ai ajouté un petit coeur bois colorié avec un Copic rouge aussi.

I am soooooo totally in love with this collection!!!!! I would have liked to use all images but had to pick one so I went for Jacinta Sitting Pretty Dress! I coloured her in Copics. I decided to have her sit on a Make It Crafty Swirl Circle Frame from my stash, painted in white acrylic paint. For the background, I used Distress Inks and a stencil mimicking the sun rays. And to finish off the card, I embossed a sentiment in white too.

J'ADORE toute cette collection! J'aurais bien tout utilisé mais il falait bien choisir une image ;)! 
J'ai donc colorié aux Copic la petite Jacinta Sitting Pretty Dress, et je l'ai assise sur un cadre Make It Crafty peint à l'acrylique blanche. Avec mes encres Distress et un pochoir, j'ai créé les rayons de soleil et j'ai ajouté mon sentiment.

I picked the super cute Sarah today, she is already one of my favourites for birthday cards!

Des personnages et des fonds un tampon en exclusivité, il y en a pour tous les goûts! J'ai choisi d'utiliser Sarah aujourd'hui, parfaite pour les anniversaires! 

One of the joys of rubber stamps is that you can stamp on absolutely any paper you want, so I went for a very dark blue card. I stamped Sarah in Versafine Onyx Black and coloured her with my Polychromos. I only added two little swirls in two corners, stamped with white ink. Very simple!

J'ai tamponné  Sarah à l'encre Versafine sur papier Daler Rowney et je l'ai coloriée avec mes Polychromos. J'ai simplement ajouté deux petits swirls dans deux coins, tamponnés à l'encre Colorbox blanche. Très simple!
